Losing Yourself in Flavorful Designs

The Work:

Branded Carry Out Bags - Prepress Setup

My Role:

Senior Graphic Designer & Prepress Production Specialist

The Brief:

The “Mom’s Spaghetti” project was a collaborative effort between M. Beshara Printing, Inc. and a third-party subsidiary to support Eminem’s renowned restaurant by producing their iconic carry out brown paper tote bags. While we didn’t design the logo, our role focused on translating the brand's visual identity into a tangible product that would resonate with customers and reflect the high standards of the restaurant.

The Challenge:

The key challenge was ensuring the brand's visual identity remained intact during the transition from concept to production. We needed to adapt the design for offset printing, a process that required meticulous setup to preserve quality and consistency across mass production. Additionally, every detail of the tote bags—from the layout to the materials—had to meet both aesthetic and functional standards.

The Solution:

Through expert print production setup, I ensured the design was seamlessly prepared for offset printing, guaranteeing the finished product’s durability and visual appeal. We collaborated closely with the third-party subsidiary to oversee every step of the process, maintaining the brand's integrity and ensuring the highest quality output. The to-go tote bags quickly became a staple of the Mom’s Spaghetti experience, celebrated for their unique design and practicality. Witnessing the positive reception from customers was a testament to the careful planning and dedication that went into every detail of this project.
